The technician was great and very polite. However, I was unable to obtain my ring. The mechanic did what he indicated, however the pricing was to much for something I really could have done myself. They were very convenient in adjusting their time to meet my schedule.

Performed cooling inspection on one system. Checked inside and outside units, checked electrical components, checked drain line and checked the drain pan and checked the charge. Noticed outside condenser coil is dirty so I chemically washed outside condenser coil . All working properly at this time.
SNAKE MAIN LINE FROM MAIN FLOOR TOILET . RUN SNAKE ABOUT 60’ HIT STOPPAGE AT 45’. PULLED LOTS OF WET WIPES. I RUN ALL THE FIXTURES FOR 20 MINUTES EVERYTHING DRAINING PROPERLY. CUSTOMER ASK ME TO RUN 60’ AGAIN. SNAKE ONE MORE TIME NOTHIG WAS PULLED SECOND TIME.. CUSTOMER WAS VERY SATISFIED, I MENTIONED TO CUSTOMER THAT ONLY 30 DAYS OF WARRANTY , THE WARRANTY WILL BE AVOID IF WET WIPES ARE PULLED. SHE OK T0 HAVE A CAMERA .. Arrived to residence to perform hsp maintenance x3. Checked proper amperages to blower motors, compressors, and condenser fan motors. Replaced a condenser fan motor because of drawing high amperage. Refrigerant levels ok and coils also clean. All systems cooling with a 20 degree temperature difference. Each system is cooling proper at this time. Thanks for your business
Performed plumbing inspection. Noticed drain work under kitchen sink was incorrectly done out of code so i cut out and installed new pvc traps and fittings to correct.
Arrived to customer stating her sewage ejector was running all nite and she wanted to install and an shut off under kitchen sink we look at sewage pump and float was worn down so presented opinions to replace it due to customer fixed income now is a bad time and she want us to come back in February. So we installed the shut off under kitchen sink on cold water side.
Overall plumbing system is in good condition. Pressure at 68lbs. Water tested 6 grains hard. Replaced T&P and anode rod on 52gal electric water heater (11’). Tested, functioning properly, no leaks. 1 year warranty P/L. Replaced flapper on basement toilet as a courtesy. BioClean upgrade added to combat buildup. Priority Club discount applied. Wisdom discount applied.
Performed HSP plumbing evaluation. Drain and flush water heater.
Water on the floor. Checked the system and found drain line clogged and drain over flow. Clean and cleared the drain and pan. Test it out. All working ok at this time.
Arrived due to no ac. Unit was low of R22 refrigerant. Customer is aware he needs to be replaced but just wanted to fill at the moment. System is cooling proper
Returned to residence due to previous day refrigeration lines being completely frozen. Noticed system was low on charge. Discussed options with customer and decided to add 3 lbs of R-22 refrigerant. System is back online and cooling normal at this time.
